Booking

The conference registration fee for one day is £249 + VAT (£286.35) and £400 + (VAT £460) for both days. The fee includes all refreshments, a buffet lunch and course documentation.

The Charity Ball, Friday 7th May is £75 + VAT (£88.13) for delegates and £85 + VAT (£99.88) for partners.

AOG members can book for the discounted price of £275 + VAT (£323.13) for both days.

The Charity Ball, Friday 7th May is £40 + VAT (£47) for delegates and £60 + VAT (£70.50) for partners.

If you book online before the 5th April 2010, you are entitled to an additional discount of 15% on your total booking.

 


Cancellations

Cancellations received before 9th April 2010 will be subject to a 25% administration charge. For cancellations received after the 9th of April 2010 a 100% charge will apply. Substitutions are welcome at anytime. Smile–on Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the event or alter the venue and/or speakers.

Smile-on and the AOG are pleased to announce a charity ball which will be held at the London Marriot Hotel, Grosvenor Square, London. W1K 6JP on Friday 7th May. The 5 star London Marriott Hotel is situated in fashionable Mayfair, just seconds from Park Lane and Oxford Street. With over 300 people expected don't miss your chance to hear two key speakers give their views on 'The State of the Nation' and network with Colleagues in what promises to be a night to remember. Traditional dress is encouraged.

The Royal College of Physicians,
11 St Andrews Place, Regent’s Park, London, NW1 4LE.

Tube:  The college is situated opposite the south east corner of Regent's Park, at the junction of the Outer Circle and Park Square East. It is a few minutes walk from Great Portland Street tube station on the Circle and Metropolitan Lines, and Regent’s Park tube station on the Bakerloo Line.

Road:  When arriving in central London, take the A501 (Marylebone Road) and turn into St Andrews Place. Cross York Bridge and you will find Royal College of Physicians on your left-hand side. The AA Route planner is a good way to plan your journey before departure.
